Four weeks. Eight founders. One mission.

The Startup Launch Cohort is a structured, four-week online programme where you build your business alongside seven other founders — guided every step of the way by an experienced entrepreneur. Small groups mean you get personal attention, honest feedback, and the kind of accountability that actually moves the needle. This isn’t a course you watch. It’s a programme you do.

Week-by-week breakdown

Each week builds on the last. By the end of four weeks, you’ll have a business that’s ready to launch — or already has.

Week 1
Foundations & idea validation
Define your business idea with razor-sharp clarity. Learn practical validation techniques to confirm there’s real demand before you invest time or money. Identify your ideal customer, map their pain points, and articulate your unique value proposition.

You’ll leave with: A validated business concept, customer profile, and problem-solution fit canvas. You’ll know your idea has legs — or how to pivot it so it does.

Homework: Conduct 5 customer discovery conversations and document your findings.
Week 2
Business model & revenue design
Map out how your business will make money. We cover pricing strategies, revenue streams, cost structures, and unit economics in plain language. Understand the numbers that actually matter and build a model that makes financial sense from day one.

You’ll leave with: A complete Business Model Canvas, pricing strategy, and revenue projections you can test against real-world data.

Homework: Test your pricing with 3 potential customers and refine your model.
Week 3
Marketing & first customers
Develop a practical marketing plan to reach your first paying customers. We cover organic growth strategies, social media, content marketing, partnerships, and scrappy tactics that work with limited budgets. Everything is tailored to early-stage businesses — no advice that requires a team of 10 and a six-figure budget.

You’ll leave with: A customer acquisition strategy, content plan, and at least one channel you’ve started testing.

Homework: Execute one acquisition tactic and get your first sign-ups or expressions of interest.
Week 4
Launch plan & accountability
Pull everything together into a concrete launch plan with dates, milestones, and accountability structures. Practise your pitch, set 90-day goals, and establish your support network for the journey ahead. This is the week where plans become commitments.

You’ll leave with: A 90-day launch roadmap, a polished pitch, accountability goals, and a peer support network of seven other founders.

Homework: Launch. Seriously. Take the first public step — whether that’s going live with a landing page, making your first sale, or announcing your business to the world.

What you’ll build

Four weeks of focused work produces tangible, business-ready outputs — not just knowledge.

💡

Validated business idea

A tested, refined business concept backed by real customer conversations. No more guessing — you’ll have evidence that people want what you’re building.

💰

Revenue model

A clear picture of how your business makes money — pricing, margins, revenue streams, and the unit economics that determine whether your business is sustainable.

📣

Marketing plan

A practical strategy for reaching your first customers that you can start executing the day after the cohort ends. Tested tactics, not theoretical frameworks.

📅

90-day launch timeline

A week-by-week plan covering every step from where you are now to your first sale. Clear actions, realistic timelines, and specific milestones you can track.

Why a cohort works better than going it alone

Starting a business can be isolating. The cohort model changes that.

👥

Real accountability

When seven other people are expecting you to show up with progress, you actually do the work. No more “I’ll get to it next week.” The cohort creates natural deadlines you can’t ignore.

💬

Honest feedback

Your friends and family will tell you your idea is great. Your cohort will tell you the truth. You’ll get constructive, specific feedback from people who understand what you’re building because they’re building too.

🤝

Lasting connections

Many of our cohort graduates stay in touch long after the programme ends. You’ll build relationships with people who genuinely understand the founder journey — people you can call on for advice, support, and collaboration.

What our founders say

Hear from people who’ve been through the Startup Launch Cohort.

“Before the cohort I had an idea but no structure. Four weeks later I had a validated concept, a revenue model, and a launch plan I was actually excited to follow. The small group format meant I got real, personal feedback every week — not generic advice.”

Sarah M.

Cohort Graduate · Founder, Sustainable Snacks Co.

“The accountability of working with seven other founders was transformational. You can’t hide — you have to do the work. And the facilitator pushed us in all the right ways. I launched my business two weeks after the cohort ended.”

James T.

Cohort Graduate · Founder, Workshop Spaces

“I’d been thinking about starting a business for years. The cohort gave me the framework and the confidence to actually do it. The other founders in my group have become genuine friends — we still check in monthly, eight months later.”

Priya K.

Cohort Graduate · Founder, TutorConnect

Is the cohort right for you?

This is for you if…

  • You have a business idea and want structured support to build and launch it
  • You’re willing to commit 6 hours per week for 4 weeks to make real progress
  • You value honest feedback and want to be around people who are building too
  • You’ve attended our webinar or workshop and want to go deeper
  • You learn best by doing, not by watching lectures

This probably isn’t for you if…

  • You’re looking for passive learning — this requires active participation
  • You’re not ready to commit time outside the live sessions for homework
  • You’re already running a business and need growth strategies (see Growing Businesses)

Frequently asked questions

Plan for approximately 6 hours per week: 2 hours for the live session (Wednesday evenings, 6–8pm GMT) plus 3–4 hours for homework and exercises. The homework is where the real progress happens — it’s designed to move your business forward, not keep you busy.
We strongly recommend attending all four sessions because each builds on the previous one and the group accountability is a key part of the experience. If you need to miss one session, let us know in advance — we’ll provide materials and a brief catch-up. Missing more than one session significantly reduces the value you’ll get.
Yes. The cohort is designed to take an existing idea and build it into a launched business. You don’t need a polished concept, but you should have a general direction. If you’re still exploring, start with our free monthly webinar or Business Launch Workshop to get clarity first.
Every cohort is led by an experienced entrepreneur who has built and run real businesses. They’re not career coaches or academics — they’re people who have been through the exact journey you’re about to start. They bring practical experience, honest feedback, and genuine understanding of what early-stage founders need.
You’ll have a 90-day launch plan to execute, access to the PushPals founder community for ongoing support, and a group of seven other founders who’ve become your accountability network. Many cohort groups continue meeting informally after the programme ends. If you want more intensive support, our Startup Weekend Retreat is an excellent next step.
Because small groups get better results. With eight founders, everyone gets personal attention from the facilitator, real airtime to share their progress and challenges, and meaningful relationships with their peers. Larger groups dilute the experience. We’d rather run more cohorts than compromise on quality.
Yes. If you attend the first session and decide the cohort isn’t right for you, we’ll offer a full refund or transfer to a future cohort. After the first session, we can’t offer refunds because your spot in the group has been committed — but we’ll always try to find a solution if circumstances change.
