Why We Exist

Most people who want to build a business never start. And most who start never finish.

The gap is rarely talent or ambition. It is clarity, structure, and the right support at the right time. Too many founders get stuck in an endless loop of planning, researching, and second-guessing, waiting for the perfect moment that never comes.

The Start

Spark2 reaches 1,000 schools

Pete Putros builds Spark2 from scratch and scales it to over 1,000 schools across the UK, learning first-hand what it takes to build a business from zero.

A pattern emerges

After years of working with schools and young people, Pete spots a recurring problem: ambitious people with great ideas who cannot get past the planning stage. The missing piece is structured, practical support from people who have actually built things.

Andy Dean joins the mission

Andy brings 15 years of experience in psychology, systemic coaching, and mindset work. His background with Shell, Bechtel, and the NHS means PushPals can address both sides of the problem: the strategy and the person behind it.

PushPals launches

PushPals opens its doors with a clear mission: help 1 million entrepreneurs succeed. Programmes launch for students, new founders, and growing businesses, all built on a single integrated methodology.

Resources are always limited. We teach people to work with what they have and find creative solutions within real constraints.

Pete built Spark2 from scratch to over 1,000 schools across the UK. With more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience, he founded PushPals to give the next generation of founders the clarity and structure to stop going in circles and start building.

Andy Dean

Clarity & Constellations

Andy founded MHA UK (Mental Health Aware Academy), building accredited mental health courses launched in over 23 countries. He has worked directly with Shell, Bechtel, and NHS trusts. A qualified psychotherapist and systemic constellations facilitator, he specialises in surfacing the hidden patterns that keep capable people stuck.
