Frequently asked questions

Yes, having at least a rough idea will help you get the most out of the day. The workshop is designed to take an idea and build it into a validated plan — so you need something to work with. It doesn’t have to be polished. If you’re not sure if your idea is ready, attend our free monthly webinar first.
Each session builds on the previous one, so attending the full day is strongly recommended. If you need to arrive late or leave early, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you — but the full experience is what delivers the best results.
No. The workshop is a live, interactive, hands-on experience. The exercises, peer feedback, and group discussions are what make it valuable — they can’t be replicated in a recording. You’ll receive all the templates and frameworks to keep.
Bring a laptop or tablet (for online attendees, that’s your participation device). A notebook and pen for quick notes. Your business idea and any research you’ve done so far. An open mind and willingness to share and receive honest feedback. We provide all templates and materials digitally.
For in-person workshops, light refreshments are provided throughout the day and a networking lunch is included. For online workshops, we schedule a lunch break so you can step away and recharge.
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop date. Cancellations within 7 days can be transferred to a future date. If you attend the workshop and don’t find it valuable, contact us — we’ll make it right.
