Manage relationships with partner schools, coordinate visits, and ensure every session runs smoothly. You will be the bridge between our educators and the schools we serve. Ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, and passionate about youth education.

Common Questions

What is the hiring process like?
We keep it simple: (1) Submit your application through the form above. (2) If there is a fit, we will schedule a 30-minute introductory call. (3) A practical task or short project relevant to the role. (4) A final conversation with the founder. We aim to complete the process within two weeks. No endless rounds of interviews.
Do you offer remote roles?
Yes. Some roles are fully remote (UK-based), while others are hybrid depending on programme delivery requirements. Each role listing specifies the arrangement. We trust our team to manage their time and deliver results regardless of location.
Do I need entrepreneurial experience?
It depends on the role. For programme facilitators, yes — we want people who have built something themselves. For other roles, entrepreneurial thinking matters more than a specific business background. If you are resourceful, self-starting, and comfortable with ambiguity, that counts.
What stage is the company at?
PushPals is early-stage and growing. We have established our methodologies, launched multiple programmes, built a podcast with 50+ episodes, and are actively expanding. Joining now means you are part of shaping the company’s trajectory — not inheriting someone else’s decisions.
