We're building something that didn't exist before
PushPals is a practical entrepreneurship education company. We serve three audiences — student entrepreneurs learning the ropes, new founders launching their first business, and growing companies scaling to the next level. Every programme is hands-on, every session is led by people who've done it, and every outcome is measured by whether the entrepreneur actually succeeds.

Obsess over the first win
Every entrepreneur's first success matters more than our hundredth programme. We measure impact at the individual level. Did this person actually launch?
Move at startup speed
We're building a startup that teaches startups. Bureaucracy is the enemy. We ship, learn, and iterate. If something isn't working, we change it this week.
Teach by doing, not lecturing
Every programme is hands-on. Every team member practises what we preach. We build businesses, not slide decks.
Default to transparency
Share context, share decisions, share credit. Information hoarding kills startups — including ours. Everyone sees our metrics and strategy.
Punch above your weight
Small team, outsized ambition. Everyone wears multiple hats and ships work that would need a department elsewhere. That's the point.
Back the person, not the plan
Plans change. Determination doesn't. We hire for drive, curiosity, and grit — not for the right CV or the right university.
