- Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.
- Early-bird pricing, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the Service. The following general terms apply unless stated otherwise for a specific programme:
7.1 Cancellations by You
- You may cancel a booking by contacting us at hello@pushpals.com at least 14 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total price.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are generally non-refundable, although we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
7.2 Cancellations by Us
- If we cancel a programme or event for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date, where available.
- We are not liable for any additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) incurred by you as a result of a cancellation.
7.3 Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
