5. Bookings & Registration

Certain Services require you to book, register, or create an account. When doing so, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account or registration.
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

For programmes involving minors (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking or registration process and consent to these Terms on the minor’s behalf.

6. Payments & Pricing

Where a Service carries a fee, the price will be clearly displayed before you complete your booking or purchase. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan or alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.
• Early-bird pricing, discounts, and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the Service. The following general terms apply unless stated otherwise for a specific programme:

7.1 Cancellations by You

• You may cancel a booking by contacting us at hello@pushpals.com at least 14 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total price.
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event are generally non-refundable, although we will consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

7.2 Cancellations by Us

• If we cancel a programme or event for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date, where available.
• We are not liable for any additional costs (such as travel or accommodation) incurred by you as a result of a cancellation.

7.3 Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer based in the UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where applicable, we will honour this right. Please note that this cooling-off period may not apply to services that have already commenced with your agreement.

• You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, but you grant PushPals a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating and promoting our Services.
• You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third party’s rights and does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

11. Limitation of Liability

Where a Service is open to under-18s, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and is responsible for supervising the minor’s participation where applicable. We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent at any time.
